NOTE:  ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A SIGNED CONSENT FORM PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING. 

FOR BOWLERS/PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 BOTH THE BOWLER AND PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST SIGN THE FORM.  YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE FORM AND BRING IT WITH YOU SIGNED OR YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN WHEN YOU CHECK-IN.  CHECK IN WILL OPEN AT 7 AM.   BE SURE TO EITHER BRING THE FORM WITH YOU OR HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN WITH YOU TO CHECK IN!

Anyone else interested in attending may email jwtcinfo@aol.com to be put on a waiting list.

 

Expected Pros: Norm Duke (emcee), Wes Malott, Brian Kretzer, Peter Weber, others)

Format: 10 minutes Orientation (Norm Duke)

90 minutes of on-lane instruction by Pros with videotape of each bowler

20 minutes of trick shots to wrap up on-lane portion

Autograph/Meet the Pros session afterwards.
